I took this series of photos this weekend and i must say that this is my best Capture. not bad out of at least 5 or 6 thousand shots. i couldn't wait any longer, i had to post it.
Thank god for Digital.

i have been trying different setups , this one worked well.
i used your box idea, but i put light in the tin foil lined box to max the light. i also found my custom flash sync and was able to set it to 1/200
not to sure what that means , but it worked,:)
